Hey, I'm Henry Ndubuaku, you don't know me, but for context, I come from NeuroAI[ 1, 2] and moved downstream to efficient foundation model design, training and inference. I mostly did proprietary R&D, before co-founding and lead all research at Cactus Compute and I wrote the Maths, CS & AI Compendium.
My new works includes Hadamard MLP, Intelligence Ladders, Simple Attention Networks, Cactus Needle, while being PI for more. R² Index started as an attempt to de-slop applicants to Cactus Compute, but then the algorithm re-discovered subjective AI lores. for instance, the "godfathers of AI" ranked top 3 of all time with no subjective manipulation whatsoever. There are still limitations, but we note them in the method writeup.
